We were founded in Humboldt, Iowa, as Crest-Pak, Inc. in 1974. Since our beginning, our dry sausage business has continued to grow thanks to customers who appreciate the artisan approach we use to create high-quality dry sausage. Liguria Foods, Inc. was established in early 2008 and today we continue to be a leader in branded and private label dry sausage and other specialty Italian meat products, including what many consider to be the market’s best-tasting pepperoni. Our dedicated dry sausage facility combines the best modern technology with traditional touches like our redwood drying room, which allow us to create consistently delicious products. Rigorous food safety and quality standards have earned us an “Excellent” rating on our most recent food safety audit. We delight in creating quality product for quality-minded pizzerias and sandwich shops (and their customers) that appreciate the authentic Italian taste of dry sausage from Liguria.
